We tried the same test as mentioned on the website above, and i did notice that with the power balance on my wrist; he applied more force and i had resisted him with much ease. now i dont know whether it was more psychological as first he applied pressure on me without the wristband, i knew what was going on and so maybe in the second go, my mind ( along with ego) was ready for this... the other test, i think if you do leg press and other hard left exercises etc at teh gym, then your legs can hold ur weight, i have done one leg squats with my arms rasied to the sides. Sure you could say that it's psychological and I was prepared the second time. So I have done the test over with and without and always a more positive response with. I have also done the test with people that know nothing about the bands. I didn't tell them what the outcome of the tests should be and they always were stronger and more flexible having the bands on. I have no idea why it works, but I think it does. Test 1 is not reliable because the tester doesn't push straight down they push ever so slightly anyway from the body. And with the "magic" bracelet they push ever so slightly towards the body of the person wearing it. Test 2 is done pretty much the same. Test 3 is not a good test because when you stretch the first time you are more stiff so you cant stretch nearly as far as the second time. Power balance is pseudo science don't listen to them just because they stick a few 'sciencey' words together. Any benefits you claim to encounter are either the result of confirmation bias or the placebo effect. This is a scam. I have a watch band that looks like that.. I think this is a scam!!!" The band on the guys arm says power balance, i dont think he is going to buy some other band that says power balance for no reason. and you can see the hologram on the picture with his hand up.
